There's a new direction in gaming and we're looking for creative programmers to help Rare lead the way. Microsoft's Project Natal is all about controller-free gaming, changing the way that games are played by using the player as the controller. Rare is at the forefront of bringing Natal to life and is hard at work creating cool new experiences.
We are seeking forward-thinking graduates and experienced programmers alike, but games experience is not essential. We are looking for people who understand game design and see everything through the player's eyes, having the ability to work closely with designers and the self-motivated desire to experiment and iterate until the very highest quality of entertainment is achieved.
